Disabling Advanced Printing Features
If you click print and nothing happens, or if you notice that your print job is getting stuck in the print queue, we recommend disabling Advanced Printing Features.
The exact procedure may vary slightly by printer. It is done on your local PC, and needs to be done using an account that has administrative rights on the PC.
- Go to Control Panel > View Devices and Printers
- Right-click the printer and select Printer properties
- Select the Advanced tab
Uncheck "Enable advanced printing features" (if it's greyed out that means you are either not logged in as a user with administrative rights or you do not have the drivers added to your machine)
